Cash on Delivery

1. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then He/She needs to inform us on the number 9560301776 or mail us at looksbyaswani@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
2. In case of an exchange, a pickup facility is not available. A customer has to ship the product back to the Looks By Aswani warehouse at his/her own risk, costs & responsibility within 7 days of the delivery of the product.
3. Website-purchased products can only be exchanged through website only.
4. In case of COD (Cash On Delivery) is made before the package is opened to the concerned delivery partner.
