  1.   Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship all over the world. But, Shipping charges are not included in the MRP.

 

  1.   What are the shipping charges?

Shipping costs depends on your location. We charge a minimum fee that varies based on where we need to deliver your order and on the basis of the quantity of pieces. 

 

  1.   Can i get a refund if i return a product after purchase?

We don’t offer refunds, but you can exchange the product if there are size issues.

 

  1.   What are the terms on which piece is exchangeable?

You can exchange the item only if it's in the same condition as when we sent it. The tag should still be attached, and the product shouldn’t be altered. Exchanges are only possible within 7 days of delivery.

 

  1.   Do you accept online payments ?

Yes, we accept online payments. Paying is simple, quick, and your information is always secure.

 

  1.   Do you offer warranty for your products?

All our products go through quality checks. Our warranty covers any manufacturer defects in design or materials. If you notice a defect, let us know within 7 days with a proper video and image of the product. The warranty doesn't cover damage from drops, misuse, or other non-manufacturer issues.

We accept payments through Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, byPayU India. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
