Customised Orders Policy

At ASHIN , we are delighted to offer customization services to create garments tailored to your preferences and measurements.

Please note the following terms for all customised orders:

• A partial advance payment is required to confirm and initiate any customised order. Production will begin only after the advance payment has been received.
• As each customised garment is specially made for the customer, customised orders are not eligible for exchange, return, refund, or credit note under any circumstances, unless the product received has a verified manufacturing defect.
• Once a customised order has been confirmed and production has commenced, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Customers are requested to carefully review and confirm all measurements, design preferences, and order details before placing a customised order, as ASHIN shall not be responsible for errors in customer-provided information.
