Exchange Policy

At ASHIN, our primary goal is to ensure clear and efficient transactions, especially for product exchanges. The following guidelines outline the exchange process for our valued customers.

 

Exchange and Return

Items can not be returned, they can only be exchanged if they are in their original condition, with tags attached, and unaltered. Refunds are not available.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

- For COD orders, inspect the package before confirming receipt with the delivery person.

- Exchanges are only possible through our website.

- For exchanges, you must return the product at your own expense within 7 days.

 

International Shipping

- We offer worldwide shipping. International orders incur a standard shipping fee of $50 per product.

- COD is not available for international orders.

- Prices do not include import duties or local taxes. You are responsible for these charges upon delivery.

 

Order Process

Orders can be placed through our website at any time. We process orders Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

- Track Your Order: After shipping, you will receive a tracking number via whatsapp or email . Use this number to monitor your order status online.

For India, shipping costs Rs.200/- per product . COD is available only within India.
